We’re looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email & SMS channels, crafting seamless and impactful communications that enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Email & SMS channels
  • End-to-end management of campaign production, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Performance tracking & reporting
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure responsible handling of customer data in line with GDPR and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in CRM, engagement, and retention
  • Experience using email distribution tools
  • Self-sufficient in building automated workflows.
  • Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and proofreading
  • Understanding of GDPR and best practices for customer data management.
  • Sharp attention to detail
