A highly regarded, family-run independent insurance brokerage in London is seeking a Health Insurance Account Handler to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly, with a competitive salary based on your experience and expertise.

The Role of the Health Insurance Account Handler

  • Client Management: Handle renewals, claims, adjustments, and client reporting.
  • Negotiation & Renewals: Prepare presentations and negotiate premiums with insurers.
  • Advisory Expertise: Provide confident and authoritative advice to clients.
  • New Business Growth: Cross-sell products and secure new business through referrals.
  • Autonomous Workflow: Work independently, managing a busy workload effectively.

What You’ll Need as a Health Insurance Account Handler:

  • Health Insurance Expertise: Minimum 2 years of broker experience in this field. (Essential – Do NOT apply if you don’t meet this requirement.)
  • Health/Private Medical Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of all classes of health insurance.
  • Broker Background: Proven experience working in a broker environment with confidence in client interactions.
