Activities

• The Reporting & Systems Analyst is responsible for
• overall Management Information reporting.
• key reports to inform colleagues and stakeholders of activities within their business, and portfolios, to make meaningful and cost effective decisions.
• using wider IT skills to build, maintain and improve these reports, extracting data from TEM UK company systems.
• working as part of the wider Back Office team, assisting colleagues to simplify data entry into the SAP system
• Ensuring rebate agreements are correctly set up and administered, to satisfy customer needs and expectations, while ensuring the amounts paid out as a rebate are correct and in line with TEM legal agreements.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex formulae and VBA.
• Power BI
• SQL
• SAP scripting
• Experience of Business Objects with SAP
• Experience with large scale data manipulation and analysis
• Experience in application program development
• High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload and adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to work alone and with stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
