On behalf of our client, an award-winning global job board and networking platform for LGBTQ+ professionals, we are seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive to join their team near London Bridge. Their working model is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office.

About the role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing relationships throughout the sales cycle, and closing deals. In this growing company, your contributions will directly impact continued success. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Strategic Partnerships Manager.
What you'll do:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage your sales pipeline, taking ownership of quotas and account management.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify new sales opportunities, exploring markets, trends, potential customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and conduct meetings via phone, Zoom/Teams, or in person to build relationships and secure sales.
- Relationship Building: Foster and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Maximize revenue by carefully aligning product pricing with client needs, negotiating effectively when necessary.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, analysis, and progress updates to senior management and the board.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customer success managers to support upgrades and renewals, particularly for complex deals.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within SaaS, subscription services, or job boards.
- Proven success with value-driven sales approaches, demonstrating ROI to clients.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Cognism, and SalesLoft.
- Ability to balance multiple client accounts and work effectively under pressure.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and workplace diversity.
- Willingness to contribute across departments and act as an ambassador at events.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
