Location: Old Windsor, Teddington, and Surbiton (from 2026)
Salary: £31,524 – £32,931 per annum + Sleep-in Allowance
Contract: Full-time, Shift Work (including weekends and bank holidays)

The Opportunity
We are expanding our residential and outreach services by opening a second children's home and developing our edge of care outreach support for children and young people. We are now seeking passionate and dedicated Therapeutic Intervention Workers & Edge of Care Outreach Workers to join our growing team.
This unique role will involve both working within a children's home setting and providing outreach support to children and families within the community. You will play a pivotal role in preventing family breakdowns and ensuring young people receive the support they need to remain within their families wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a therapeutic residential setting.
- Deliver specialist outreach support to children and families on the edge of care, aiming to prevent family breakdowns.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across different locations, including Old Windsor, Teddington, and Surbiton (from 2026).
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, young people, and their families to support their emotional and social development.
- Support children with complex needs, using a trauma-informed approach.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Work flexibly across a 7-day shift pattern, including Christmas, New Year, and other bank holidays.

- Ability to build strong relationships with young people and families in crisis.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
