Job Description
- Manage and oversee the operation of the Transaction Services department.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
The Successful Applicant
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a TS function.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the professional services industry.
- Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.
