Overview: We are looking for a reliable Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Operative to join a property and facilities group based in the East London region. You will be responsible for the safe removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from residential properties, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely remove non-licensed ACMs such as ceiling tiles and floor tiles.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
• Prepare work areas and clean up post-removal.
• Complete required documentation and report progress.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asbestos removal (non-licensed) preferred.
• Asbestos Awareness Certification (required).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
