This is a full-time role – 5 days a week with your hours fully flexible across the week after discussion with us around core meeting times. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days required in our Waterloo office; the other days are work from anywhere, home, or the office.

Day to Day | Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and be responsible for the Creative Studio’s quality control – this includes running all creative reviews and being the final stage of approval for creative ahead of client delivery.
- Upskill existing creative team – this role should bring a wealth of experience from working across multiple brands with a focus on elevating the overall quality of our studio’s output.
- Lead on all creative aspects for various client pitches.
- Creative lead on videos and graphics in line with client tailored strategy.
- Pitch ideas for new and innovative ways to create or capture content, positioning our client base in the best possible way and ultimately driving the most efficient return on investment from advertising media spend via best in class creative.
- Strategic lead for new and existing client delivery ensuring all output is on brief, effective and in-line with brand guidelines.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Creation of high-quality creative assets, both video and graphic based for digital marketing distribution.
- Able to produce high-level client pitches.
- Ensure all creative leaving the studio is of the highest quality.
- Generate cross-platform creative ideas including but not limited to short-form video, photography & graphic design.
- Lead and be responsible for Creative Studio team development.
- Must be able to flex creatively and assist other team members, as needed. Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to flex skillset and support on strategic and planning projects when not actively creating content.
- Must manage and support the post-production process and be responsible for collecting all creative notes through the process, and ensure deadlines are being met.
- Have an expert level of knowledge around video editing.
- Have an expert level of experience with Photoshop.
- Willing to step in and deliver content from a hands-on approach when required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keep abreast of video-related platform updates, innovation opportunities, algorithmic changes, and best practices.
- Interrogate creative ideas for the best possible iterations to generate engagement across various platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, IGTV, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and live video.
- Show a passion and enthusiasm for filmmaking, design, and innovation.
Key Skills
- Advanced design experience (particularly with Photoshop).
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Detailed, concise and effective communication.
- Familiarity with personally capturing and editing video content.

- Experience leading a team.
- Experience upskilling and developing junior creatives.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy- creation & implementation.
- Knowledge of how to create successful social media content, especially on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Passion for design and innovation.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe CSS.
- Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to take on any task.
- Positive collaborative approach to working to short turnaround times.
