Your Role
Deliver Expert Legal Advice – Provide specialist legal guidance on planning matters, including Section 106 agreements.
Support High-Profile Projects – Help shape the future of East Hertfordshire’s communities through impactful development projects.
Advise & Guide – Support elected members and officers, playing a key role in Planning Committees.
Develop Innovative Solutions – Navigate the legal complexities of a dynamic planning authority with creative and pragmatic approaches.

About You
✔️ Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive – Holding a valid practising certificate.
✔️ Strong Knowledge of Planning Law – Experienced in Section 106 agreements
✔️ Confident Communicator – Comfortable attending and actively contributing to Planning Committees.
