About the RoleThis Established Law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor. They are interested in seeing the CVs of experienced Solicitors with at least 4 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation. The busy dispute resolution team covers a mixed variety of cases, including commercial disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters. They represent individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant. The firm is looking for someone to work alongside the partner in the department.
Candidate RequirementsThey are interested in individuals with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and who are willing to go the extra mile. You will be expected to participate in the business development activities of the firm and promote the firm at networking events.
