Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join this highly recognised Contractor for an exciting new build project in Anglesey.

As the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a New Build site, ensuring the successful delivery of New Build Housing and Apartment build. You will play a crucial role in managing the construction process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of New-Build Housing and Apartment projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS
