The Role: As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our in-house design team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Overseeing multiple fit-out projects across offices, hospitality, and leisure sectors ✅ Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers ✅ Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification ✅ Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance ✅ Problem-solving and adapting to project challenges in real-time ✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in commercial fit-out (offices, bars, restaurants, hotels) ✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams ✔ Excellent understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality control ✔ Experience working with design teams and architects to bring concepts to life ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
