Corporate Paralegal (6-month FTC, initially)

A leading veterinary company seeks a talented and commercially minded Paralegal to join their collaborative and dynamic team on an initial 6-month fixed term basis.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with data protection laws and supporting a variety of legal functions across corporate governance, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Contract management and negotiation
• UK GDPR and Data Protection
• Corporate governance and company secretarial work
• Legal administration, compliance and dispute resolution

Ideal candidate

• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal
• Experience across contract management and negotiation, corporate governance, company secretarial support, data protection
• Knowledge of insurance claims is advantageous

This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office in Watford.
