About the Role:
As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values expertise and precision in engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
- Work closely with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC Machining Centres using OneCNC or Alphacam
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain control systems.
- Familiarity with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
Background in manufacturing components for the window and door industry.
