The practice offers breadth of work which will include sponsor and borrower side cross border leveraged acquisition finance and restructuring. The team’s dynamic and friendly partners are headline names in the legal directories and provide close support, guidance and stellar technical training to their Associate team. Applicants must have 0 to 4 PQE in Finance transactions gained at a global or national law firm. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional drafting capability, commensurate with pqe, and experience of drafting ICAs, security documentation and some exposure to CPs and the completion process.
