Controls Engineer

Salary – £55,000 – £60,000 + Overtime + Great benefits package

Location, commutable from – Hayes, Middlesex

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an internationally renowned manufacturing organization based in the Hayes area.

Skills required for the job of a Controls Engineer

Maintenance and repairs on a range of automated equipment
Able to lead complex and critical control incidents
To maintain and update as required specialist OEM Controls
To provide specialist support for OEM PLC’s, Safety PLC’s, etc.
To be able fault find communication issues between HLC and LLC components
To monitor and oversee the provision of 2nd/3rd line support to integrated technologies.
Project and demonstrate to the customer expertise in our OEM equipment.
Accurate and detailed handover of information during incidents, work orders or investigations and between shifts.
Experience dealing with software version control
Strong working knowledge of Siemens and/or Schnieder PLC’s
