MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company, to recruit an Outbound Sales Development Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning team and build long-standing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to develop a pipeline of prospects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
