Role: Property Manager

Location: Stoke Newington, North London

Calling all Property Managers ️

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be offering a Property Manager opportunity on behalf of an established independent agency based in Stoke Newington, North London to oversee their property management portfolio.

This is a Monday – Friday office based role 9am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a portfolio of properties
• Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
• Respond to tenants maintenance requests
• Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
• Manage tenancy progression
• Organise/oversee refurbishment works
• Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors

Requirements:

• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
• Experience with a portfolio
• Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
• Great communicator
• Excellent time management
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Own car is a bonus
• ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement

Salary:

• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
