Corporate Partner – BristolSalary: £120K – £400K

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Partner to join a prestigious Top 50 law firm. We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional with a proven track record in corporate and commercial law, particularly within the following key areas:

  1. Alliances and Collaborations
  2. E-commerce and Online Contracts
  3. Franchising and Licensing
  4. Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment, Exploitation, Partnering, and Licensing
  5. IT and Software Contracts
  6. Leasing and Rental
  7. New Technologies and AI
  8. Outsourcing
  9. Public Procurement
  10. Sales, Agency, and Distribution Agreements
  11. Terms and Conditions of Trading
  12. General Supply Agreements and Procurement Contracts

This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a forward-thinking partner or senior legal professional looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and expand the firm’s corporate and commercial practice, particularly within the sectors listed.
  2. Provide expert legal advice to high-profile clients across multiple industries.
  3. Drive business development initiatives to strengthen the firm’s market presence.
  4. Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with significant corporate and commercial experience at partner level.
  2. Strong client following or demonstrable ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
  3. Expertise in one or more of the specified areas of practice.
  4. A commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate revenue and drive growth.
  5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
