Halliday Marx have partnered with an outstanding Sports Brand to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 6 Month Fixed term contract.

Contract Duration: 6 Month FTC (The role could go temp to Perm)

Salary: £30-32k

Start Date: Start ASAP

The Role:

1. Posting DD invoices and matching against bank payments.
2. Supplier statement reconciliations.
3. Ensuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment terms.
4. Dealing with Purchase Order queries.
5. Organising, registering, and matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner.
6. Reconciling Credit Card statements.
7. Preparing and processing payment runs and manual payments.

Requirements:

1. You will have 2 years AP experience.
2. You will be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
3. You will work as part of a team.
