We are a modern and contemporary boutique wealth management practice offering innovative financial solutions to wealthy clients, primarily families and business owners, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to add to our growing team.
We need someone to project manage the implementation of advice undertaken by the financial planner whilst managing and developing relationships to ensure positive client outcomes. The Relationship Manager will be the first point of call for our clients.

Core Responsibilities
- Providing a front of house service for all meetings.
- Managing and developing relationships with clients.
- Conducting quarterly service calls.
- Financial and medical underwriting.
- Reviewing file notes and assigning follow up tasks for all concerned parties.
- Processing client withdrawals and increments.
- Managing asset-backed finance applications, including introductions, application processes, legal counsel, administration and ongoing monitoring.
- Taking instructions for Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Qualifications
- Client relationship experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- An understanding of working within a regulated environment.
- RO exams desirable but we offer an exam support program.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, methodical, and disciplined.
- Able to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
