I am currently recruiting a Junior Operations Manager for a boutique Contract Caterer who have recently joined the market and are already challenging the status quo. Responsibilities:
The ideal Junior Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience:
- A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- Strong knowledge in both staff dining and hospitality/ events
- Fantastic people management skills, with an ability to form relationships at all levels from junior staff to senior stakeholders/ clients
- Mobilisation experience
