Your new roleAs a Temporary Customer Service Administrator, Receptionist, and PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and offering information to clients and visitors.

- Assisting senior management with diary management, travel arrangements, and other PA duties.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the team.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data protection policies are adhered to at all times.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and supporting departmental projects as required.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or PA role.
