New: In-House Corporate Governance Lawyer – International Firm in London

We are instructed on a new in-house role for a Corporate Lawyer to join this firm in London, as a part of their Corporate Governance team.

The firm, which has an established international network of offices, is looking to recruit a candidate with the following attributes:

• c.2-10 years of post-qualified experience
• Background in corporate transactional and/or advisory matters (although more senior candidates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in compliance is also advantageous but not required
• Trained and qualified at a highly-regarded law firm, ideally in London

The role will suit an experienced Corporate Lawyer who is looking to move into an in-house style role, with the associated work/life benefits, whilst progressing their career in a growing area of practice.
