Quantity Surveyor role in London with a leading commercial fit-out contractor, offering up to £70k

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements.
• Conduct risk and value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy and contract administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely valuation of work completed.
• Implement Health & Safety protocols and comply with relevant legislation

What you'll need to succeed 

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or main contractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Membership of a relevant professional body
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and legislation.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
