Housing Disrepair Solicitor – Head of Department, 5 + PQE, Up to £55,000 DOE, Cheshire/ Hybrid.

THE ROLE:

The firm is seeking an experienced housing disrepair solicitor to manage a team of specialists. This role involves overseeing claims from inception to settlement, handling litigated cases, and providing strategic legal guidance. With strong leadership skills and a passion for team growth, the role works closely with senior management to develop and implement effective processes, ensuring efficient case management and successful outcomes.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in housing disrepair and management experience. The ideal candidate will have a history in litigation and a strong billing record. The firm is seeking legal professionals who are proficient in case management software, with excellent IT skills. You will be committed to delivering high-quality legal advice while upholding exceptional client care standards.
