ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised Creative Project Manager who will play a key role in managing and producing strategic and creative projects for our charity clients.

As a member of the Projects Team, the Creative Project Manager coordinates closely with the Creative Department to ensure the smooth execution of a variety of projects (including film, print, OOH, digital campaigns and strategy projects).

The main responsibility of the Creative Project Manager is to oversee the coordination and management of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse group of creatives.

The Creative Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between Catsnake and the client on the projects they’re managing. Throughout the development and production of any project, they ensure that the client’s perspective is represented and their objectives realised.

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and other Creative Project Managers to identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide regular updates to the clients through weekly calls and frequent email communication, ensuring alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Act as an account manager during production to encourage repeat business, building a strategy with the Head of Client Services for client retention before the project begins.
  • Attend pitch, tissue, and chemistry meetings for projects.
  • Attend delivery and debrief meetings.
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions on projects when possible.

Creative Production:

  • Plan, produce and budget film and photography shoots.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and motivate creative teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Who you are:

  • A passion for working in the charity sector.
  • High standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Openness and honesty.
  • High levels of engagement, energy, and drive.
  • Confident and approachable presence with excellent relationship-building skills.
