Sales Surveyor- South Midlands/South West

Vergo are the largest independent Pest Control Company in the UK and are looking for a proactive Sales Surveyor to join our team working in and around the South Midlands/South West areas, helping to expand our client base and deliver tailored pest control solutions. If you have the right attitude and motivation you can expect to earn OTE of £45K upwards. This really is an exciting time to join us!Key Duties will include: • Partner with our technicians to implement best practices to solve customer’s pest problems• Survey sites to establish and present sustainable solutions• Provide excellent customer service to our customers, throughout the sales process• To manage continual improvement in the key areas of sales, profitability, and chargeable extras• Plan, organise and managed own work schedule• Maintain strong relationships • To market the brand, products and services of Vergo• Achieve additional sales to existing customersEssential criteria: • Full UK Drivers Licence• Successful track record in sales, preferably within pest control• Track record at developing new business• Highly articulate, able to present and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally• Approaches customers with confidence and can adapt selling style• Strong IT skills and competency in current IT packages such as Microsoft, SharePoint, and Windows 365• Self-motivated, driven and committedBenefits: • 25 days plus statutory bank holidays• Generous sales commission scheme payable monthly on jobs and contracts sold.
