Pre-Construction Manager

Pre-construction Manager – North Derbyshire area

An excellent opportunity for an experienced pre-construction manager to join a successful main contractor in the Derbyshire area. An organised Pre-construction manager is required to lead a team from receipt of the tender information through to submission of the tender.

Experience

1. HNC/Degree qualification, ideally in a relevant discipline.
2. Proven experience working across multiple levels of an organization and collaborating with various departments, including technical and commercial.
3. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses. Additionally, the ability to work on several tenders (varying stages) at any given time.

Duties

1. Agreeing, setting and delivering the tender strategy and managing the submission of the tender offer.
2. Identify key risks in each tender and manage through to ensure they are mitigated.
3. Technical reviews of tender information and aligning supply chain returns for compliance.

Benefits

1. Great basic salary of £80,000 – £85,000
