About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the OTC business, building strong industry relationships, and driving sales of the trading infrastructure. Working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, tailor services to client needs, and contribute to the expansion of market-making and trading solutions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with VCs, traders, banks, payment processors, and exchanges while playing a crucial role in shaping the future of digital asset trading.
Responsibilities Include:
- Expand OTC business by identifying and onboarding new clients.
- Drive sales for market-making services and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Develop strategies to attract projects in need of liquidity and execution solutions.
- Promote trading infrastructure to professional traders and institutions.
- Build and manage key relationships with industry leaders, including VCs, banks, payment providers, and exchanges.
- Monitor market trends to help shape new product offerings and business strategies.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
What You Bring:
- Industry Knowledge: proven experience within crypto market-making, OTC trading, or digital asset business development.
- Sales & Growth Focus: Proven ability to attract and onboard new clients while boosting revenue in crypto markets.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of tokenization, liquidity management, and trading infrastructure.
- Network & Relationships: Extensive connections with VCs, investors, market makers, and industry leaders.
- Passion for Crypto: Deep enthusiasm for blockchain technology and its impact on financial markets.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
