We’re partnering with a leading engineering solutions provider to recruit a Manufacturing Director to lead and scale operations at their growing manufacturing facility in Navan. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across water and wastewater infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all manufacturing operations across facilities (Ireland and future UK sites), ensuring lean, safe, and efficient practices.
- Oversee design integration, production planning, quality standards, and digitalised cost tracking for all manufactured products.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, reporting performance monthly.
- Strategically grow and evolve manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing demand.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance, resource planning, and team development.
- Build strong internal and client-facing relationships to support delivery and innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role
- Proven track record in managing budgets, lean operations, and production scaling.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design, digital delivery tools, and programme management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving licence.
