Graphic Designer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days in the studio, 2 days remote)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create eye-catching web banners, website layouts, email templates, and other digital assets that align with client branding and project goals.
  • Branding & Identity: Contribute to brand development, ensuring consistency across all design outputs, including logos, typography, and visual elements.
  • Email Campaigns: Design engaging email templates that drive user engagement and align with marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life, ensuring high-quality results that meet project deadlines.
  • User Experience (UX): Apply UX best practices to website and email designs, ensuring seamless and intuitive user journeys.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering creative solutions within tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across banners, websites, emails, branding, and other digital assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in web and email design.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs, bring concepts to life, and present design solutions confidently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
