Key Responsibilities
- Full Portfolio Ownership: Manage properties across the board—maximise occupancy and income while maintaining quality.
- Tenancy Management: From viewings and applications to check-ins and check-outs, you’ll handle the entire process.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Act fast on reported issues, working alongside the in-house team to get things sorted efficiently.
- Compliance & Inspections: Keep everything legally sound and safe with regular property checks and up-to-date documentation.
- Top-Tier Tenant Experience: Be the go-to point of contact, build trust, and deliver excellent service aligned with the company’s charter.
- Reporting & Systems: Stay on top of record-keeping, liaising with finance and credit control to meet performance goals.
