Property Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years as a property manager and live within 7 miles of Stoke Newington. You must have a good positive mindset and a good approach to work.

Responsibilities

• New Tenancy Progression – Managing references, certifications, and contracts
• Maintenance Management – Coordinating works through FixFlo and maintaining clear communication
• Routine Property Checks – Ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant
• Relationship Building – Creating strong, supportive connections with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property management role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy and confident using property software platforms
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
