Group Creative Designer // Dartford // 12 month FTC // up to £40,000 // Hybrid

Are you a talented and ambitious Creative Designer ready to take your next big step? We’re working with a leading innovator in the interiors space, looking for a dynamic individual to join their expanding marketing team as a Group Creative Designer.

As Group Creative Designer, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking creative team. Your work will span across five established interior brands, delivering compelling, on-brand visual assets that support key marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching collateral for both print and digital channels (e.g., brochures, social media, website assets, email campaigns, exhibitions).
  • Bring creative concepts to life in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Comms, Product) and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Art-direct photo shoots and CGIs, and oversee production of brand visuals.
  • Work methodically to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards in visual output.

Experience and expertise:

  • 4+ years’ commercial experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in email design/build (Mailchimp or equivalent).
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, and typography.
  • Strong time-management and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
