This exciting position would suit a manager who is passionate about the food and drink industry, and has excellent communication skills. You should be a practical self-starter with good common sense and heaps of initiative and be an excellent customer facing manager and preferably be local to West London.Reporting to the GMAbout You Must have at least two/three years’ experience at management level within an established quality dining restaurant or gastro restaurant/bar.Be hard working, a team player and people orientated/fabulous energy.Customer facing role – great on the floor and leading a team Straight shifts/ 5 days per week.
