We’re bubb, the Recruitment Partner to some of the world’s finest companies, and are currently looking to expand our US sales recruitment team. We are looking for a seasoned agency recruiter to place all levels of sales people primarily in IT Consulting & Workforce businesses across the country.
Please note, this role will have working hours that include evenings, with the option of a 4 day working week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Sourcing & recruiting high-performing sales professionals in IT Consulting & Workforce Solutions
✅ Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (that’s includes business development headhunting, interviewing, managing & negotiating offers)
✅ Building strong relationships with candidates & clients—because we believe recruitment is about people, not just placements
✅ Working remotely with flexibility & autonomy (no micromanaging from us, just utmost support and technology)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of recruitment experience including experience of placing sales people
✔ Bonus points for previous experience of working in the US
✔ At least 2+ years working in a recruitment agency environment, extra points for full-desk experience!
✔ A knack for finding, engaging, and closing top talent
✔ Exceptional attention to detail (yes, we are sticklers to that)
✔ Self-motivated & proactive, we want someone who takes charge, not just takes orders
✔ A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate & client experience
