To be considered you will need prior PA experience supporting stakeholders in a law/ similar professional services firm and with minute taking.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Meeting organisation – liaising with necessary teams, drafting agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points
- Travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- Building strong relationships with allocated stakeholders and other internal and external contacts
Key skills and experience:
- To be considered you must have prior experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, professional and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft office
