Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a leading charity organisation. This role is key in supporting Directors by managing schedules, meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of leadership activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline scheduling, ensuring senior leaders' calendars are efficiently managed
- Serve as a central point of contact to facilitate communication across leadership and wider teams
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and care
- Arrange travel plans and related logistics, ensuring smooth and timely coordination
- Maintain organised filing systems and centralise key documents for team access
- Support the planning and execution of internal sessions, team gatherings, and strategy days
- Work closely with senior support staff to track objectives and coordinate workloads
- Deliver responsive administrative assistance and help resolve operational challenges
Requirements
- Experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional integrity and a discreet approach to sensitive information
