Role: Quality Excellence Manager Location: Bridge of WeirHRC Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with Scottish Leather Group, the UK’s largest leather manufacturer, in the search for a passionate and experienced Quality Excellence Manager.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a deputy role to the Head of Quality, contributing to and influencing the long-term Quality strategy.
Leading and developing a skilled team (Quality Technicians, Quality Engineers, Quality Improvement Lead)· Embedding a proactive and data-led quality culture across the business· Implementing and managing robust quality systems aligned with IATF16949, AS9100, ISO9001· Leveraging data (Power BI, statistical analysis) to inform performance and improvement· Coaching and developing your team while building a culture of quality excellence
