Java Developer

One of our clients seek a Java Developer to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract. This position is Hybrid (3 Days a week in office) and based in London.

Key Skills:

• 5+ Years experience in Software Development
• Strong experience with Java and backend development.
• Solid understanding and experience of TDD principles and frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Java.
• Implement and maintain Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement features.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in backend systems.
