The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven integrated Account Manager to join the team who can set the pace, agenda and high standards to deliver work through a variety of channels – from developing bespoke origination campaigns to managing the localisation across Print, Digital, D/OOH, Social, Radio and AV. You will be working with brands like Visa, SSE and c2c.

Working into the Account Director with support of Integrated Producers and the wider team, this role will require a mix of creative development, delivery and management of projects across a wide portfolio of cutting-edge products and services.

The role requires those who thrive in an agile environment with obsessive attention to detail. You should be organised as well as being flexible, a natural problem solver. The team is fun, supportive, with a brilliant collaborative client team and looking forward to growing further.

How you’d spend your day

  1. Supporting the Account Directors and Group Account Director in the smooth running of the account, whilst owning specific workstreams/projects.
  2. Building exceptional relationships with your clients by gaining their trust and efficiently managing expectations, media agency contacts and any internal/external intermediaries.
  3. Being a key point of contact internally – connecting various departments, and for clients across workstreams/projects.
  4. Taking ownership of small and medium projects and overseeing them from start to finish (from receiving the briefs through the agency/external process through to delivery to various media channels).
