Corporate Lawyer

Please note, this role is to be based in the Cayman Islands and will require relocation to the area.

The Role:

• Experience with Corporate transactions (M&A, private equity and corporate advisory).
• You will need to be 3 – 5 PQE.
• Qualified to practice law in a commonwealth country (England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa – preferred).
