The Opportunity:
Lead development of internal capital & proxy models
Supporting activities to enhance and optimise the regulatory capital strategy framework and assumptions
- Particular focus on market risk
Collaborate across actuarial, risk, and finance teams
Influence capital strategy & model governance
Deliver MI and insights to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Actuary (FIA) or FRM (or close to qualifying)
Life insurance or consultancy experience
Strong capital modelling & proxy modelling knowledge
Market risk expertise; credit/ERM a bonus
Python skills (or R/MATLAB) preferred
Confident communicator & problem solver
