This leading project management consultancy partner with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in the residential and hotel sectors with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

Role highlights:

They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to work with a prominent developer in leading a new build, 600 room Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project in Central London.

About you:

You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 5+ years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract.

Additional candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with new build or refurbishment projects in the student accommodation, residential or hotel sector
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
