Role Overview:
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to produce engaging content that enhances user experience and drives brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertisements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
- Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and GIFs for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
- Optimise designs for different devices and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
- Stay up to date with design trends, particularly in the fashion and digital marketing spaces.
- Edit and retouch imagery to align with the brand aesthetic.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with website content.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, with an emphasis on fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
