Brand new role for BA's in the West Midlands!

I’m working with a very exciting Travel-Tech business in the Midlands who are looking to add a Business Analyst, with a strong product mindset to the team! They are pioneering the way in their field and after more success with current projects they are further growing the team.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to build detailed specifications that support our product timeline.
• Support MVP builds and find optimal solutions, approaching challenges pragmatically to achieve the best results.
• Engage with clients directly to gather requirements and develop solutions together.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or detailed-focused Product role.
• Proven ability to build specifications.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity to help the technical team build solutions.
• Appreciation for good design.

Role Details:

• Location: Birmingham
• Working Model: Hybrid (2 days on-site)
• Salary: £45-£50k
• Performance-based Bonus Scheme
