Description
The Legal Director will be:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and consumer-facing terms and conditions.
- Supporting on litigation, IP, employment law, regulatory, and corporate governance work.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Managing external counsel and ensuring efficient case management.
Profile
The Legal Director should be:
- A solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in retail or commercial sectors.
- Highly skilled in managing commercial contracts and handling litigation matters.
- Knowledgeable about GDPR and data protection laws.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
