Oculus Legal Group is exclusively assisting a highly respected legal firm with offices in Glasgow and surrounding areas in their search for a Residential Property Associate. This appointment comes as part of the firm’s new strategic direction for 2025, presenting an exceptional opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking team with an unobstructed career path to senior level.
The Role
Joining the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will:
✅ Advise clients on residential sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
✅ Manage a busy caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
✅ Liaise with clients and intermediaries throughout transactions.
✅ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Who We're Looking For
4+ years PQE in residential property matters (including traineeship experience).
Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency.
Looking for a genuine opportunity to progress to a senior level.
