We are working with a unitary authority’s growing legal team in the North West who are looking for an experienced locum property lawyer to join their team!
The role can be done on a fully remote basis, with a view for a start date from 19th May,
As the allocated work is an 80/20 split in favour of commericial, candidates will ideally have both commercial and residential property experience, yet candidates with more limited experience in residential matters will also be considered
The role:
- Full time hours
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Fully remote working arrangement
- Rate: 50-60ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
- Must have experience with leases, licenses, acquisitions, and deeds of variation.
